Hey everyone, I've been trying to scout around for alternative Daemon Prince kits. I'm making a Khorne army and I want my leader Daemon Prince to look awesome, but I feel the current kit doesn't quite hold up to the other AoS figure range. Does anyone know of any ways I could make it look better? Namely the head and weapons. I'd love a cooler, more Khornite axe and a scary head rather than that goofy grin...

That guy definitely could be great with a bit of converting, also have you seen the forgeworld khorne daemon prince? That's what I have for my khorne daemon army and its a great model.

Not sure about conversion peices, but ultraforge iirc has something that might work, and Meirce's infernii likewise might be worth a look.
