Hi Dakka,

I've wanted to get hold of and paint some of Wargame Exclusive's stuff for a while, so I finally did so! I've been playing around with black leather techniques and Scale 75's Flesh Tone set which I highly recommend.

Nice painting. Personally, I'd go easy on the photo effects, makes the details of the model a bit harder to see.

Thanks guys

To be honest I'm having a lot of trouble taking good photos of late. I use very little photo effects - just adjusting the light as little as possible (fill light/highlight/shadow) to get the pics as close to as the minis look as possible and a small black vignette to cut out some of the blank space from the edge - that's it. If the details are hard to make out its probably more the natural light level at the time and my phone's camera than anything else.

I have a photo booth, I've been using different backgrounds, different lights etc but nothing I've tried is 100% right as of yet
