Subject: Skyrunner HQ? Autarch, Farseer, or a pair of Warlocks?

So I am adapting my Sain-Hann style Eldar to 8E.
99% of every list I'll likely pay will have my 12 Windriders I've been using since 4E. I'll probably also have a WK in most lists
The jury is still out on what else I'll have, but Shining Spears, Fire Dragons, Scoprions, Fire Prisms, etc are all likely
So I'm trying to figure out what a good HQ choice might be. It will have to be a Skyrunner as my Eldar HQ has ALWYAYS been on a jetbike.
Whitout getting too much into what I think of the units, What do you think is a good option?
Farseer for Guide/Doom/Fortune?
Twin Warlocks to support my bikes?
Autarch for those sweet re-roll 1s to hit and support the Shining spears?

Shuriken cannons wound T4 on 3s and everything but T12 on a 5+ including tanks. For me it's Farseer with Doom all the way.
If I take a unit with huge amount of heavy weapons that needs to move and shoot, like Walkers with all starcannons/lances, I'd complement with Guide.
If I take a unit that requires extra toughness, like 250 pts squad of Shining Spears, ~500 pts jet council or Wraithknight with 5++, I'd add Fortune instead.
Also, Farseer is better at killing off a dangerous model left in 1-2 wounds with Smite than Warlock.
Warlocks are more point efficient on foot imo. They cast pretty bad with just 50% chance to pull off a power every turn.
Autarch is alright but I think he's better for shooting army than for complementing melee squad. Basically everything merry goes around him and shoots, like bikes & vypers, he just counter charges what's left and then goes behind screen of bikes again.

Indeed, I definitely want a Farseer, but I am now leaning toward 2 Autarchs, each escorting 2 Windrider units. Automatic re-roll 1s is great and the Aurtarch is like a min-gunboat that can murder stuff in melee. Since I'll likely have to take 3 HQs, I want 1 Farseer and 2 Autarchs. I also want to take Venoms and Ravagers, and although they cannot benefit from the Autarch or Guide, they do benefit from Doom (since it is cast on the target, not my units) I also think Doom + Shuricannons will be a fantastic combo since vehicles now have T and Armour save. Re-rolling 'to wounds' will increase the chance of getting AP -3.

I've tested small jetbike squads with soulburst, they're ok but I felt their new survivability lacking, next time I'm going for a 10 strong squad, Fortuned up and with +1 Leadership warlord trait from Farseer so at least 6 unsaved wounds be required for them to start passing morale test.
Wow, didn't notice GW forgot to make Doom asuryani-only. Although I'm going with Crimson Hunter(s) so far, since it's no less efficient than Ravager and has in-built "doom" against anything with "Fly" tag (the possibilities are numerous).
