Yeah so atia made a lore post for 8th on her blog.
https://war-of-sigmar.herokuapp.com/bloggings/2117
But's this image that caught my eye the most.
The third one is redacted and there is a clear slaanesh rune on the image.

Not an Eldar player but that would be great to see. Having more mortal chaos factions who aren't human would help fill out the wider chaos faction more.
Who know, we might then get to see Nurgle Orks (all that fungus) or warp corrupted Nids.

Well one thing we know for sure is that honestly we have no idea what fulgrim is doing in the warp the last we heard of him was Abbadon handing him a powerful psyker that can be used as the avatar of slaanesh. Perhaps these eldar will gather to it once it's born?

It looks to me that that image 3 is the ancient Eldar from before the fall. Look how the other groups are leading off from that.

That is the way I would interpret it, too.

I thought it was pretty common knowledge that Eldar created Slaanesh

The organization of the picture makes it look like a visual history.
Ie; 1 is the past, the original pre fallneldar civilization, which leads to 2 the fall of the elder and how it fractured what was left into craft worlders, outcasts. Corsairs and Drew Cary. But the exodites had left pre fall which is why they arnt split off from it, and like wise the Harlequins diverged eithet before ornfor different causes than the fall.
The exodites have some connection to out casts- make of that what you will.
The Ynnari take center stage in a big pic under the old Elder culture because they are the only viable hope for a new future for that race.
So I think pic 2 is redacted because of how the eldar created slaanesh. BUT Im also hopin it will make a chaos eldar faction because that would be coooooool!

There were Slaaneshi Eldar back in the day in the fluff (they were what became "Dark Eldar"). It's definitely possible for eldar to fall to Slaanesh.

Yeah. Honestly, it was kind of weird when the Dark Eldar became non-Slaaneshi. Slaanesh is an Eldar god (he was created by the Eldar).
All together, I wonder if we're going to see factions look a little more like they do in Age of Sigmar.

And yet with the way the fluff is it would be very weird to have Eldar worshipping Slaanesh, it's like waring a sign that says "Please eat me".

It's both a visual history and an explanation of each group origins. (worth to notice the 2x different lines to mark each group Origins)
1: it's the Eldar race before the fall back from where all eldar was a single race.
2: it's the 1st Aeldari splinter the Exodites who left the ancient empire to the maiden worlds
3: it's the Eldar race in the apogee of the Fall, falling to the pleasure cults and ejoying any experience to the max.
4,5,7: are the Splinter groups after the fall, all the survivors become Craftworlders , Drukhari or Corsairs. notice the Discontinued line from Ancient Aeldari to Craftworlders this represents the ones who choose to left the Empire before Slaanesh birth
6: it's Outcast mostly a by product of Craftworld society (trying to avoid the rigid path) but also seems to hint with the question line marked some Exodites may join the Outcast to roam the galaxy under some kind of Wanderlust feeling.
8: Harlequins it's quite curious the lines seems to hint that Harlequins just show up somewhere in the Eldar society without a well know turning point (something like suddenly Masques started to appear without a focus point in time or origin keeping their origin shrouded in mistery) it also seems there is no clear knowledge if Dark eldar join the Harlies too or if Harlies return to the Dark Eldar society (i guess this is some kind of human theory about Eldar origins)
9: it's the Ynnari and the new hope it represents, curious how some flames are draw around them (Phoenix Reborn symbol? ) Worth to notice all previous groups leads to the Ynnari (so no alternative or splinter group along them) and it also leads to a single (final group) wich may be the Reborn Eldar race or their final Doom.
P.S: Something worth to notice it's each mayor group (Craftworld,Drukhari, Harlequins) principal factions are draw, This it's quite interesting since the Fall Eldar also sport a slaaneshi mark and also the Ynnari shows 2x Different factions symbols (Do they represent Visarch and Yvrainne or there is another unknow Ynnari group to show up yet? )

Not really. We now there are still possessed or corrupted Eldar on the Crone worlds for instance. Besides even in the "real" world people have some less than logical beliefs. Who's to says these Eldar don't want to be nom'd and become part of their chosen god. The chaos gods and their relationships with their worshipers are complex and contradictory. Slaanesh is also a sadist after all; would it do what they want or demand they prove themselves worthy somehow first? Sounds sufficiently contradictory to me, just like all fluff about the Warp.
