I've tried to adapt the guardian spears into adrasite spears by improvising a greenstuff adrathic weapon muzzle onto the bolter body, and it sort of worked, but unfortunately they're stashed for the summer and I can't post a picture. The pyrithite spears should be really easy, though; just grab a spare melta nozzle (I've found the ones off combi-weapons are more accessible than real inferno pistols and work really well for converting them).
