It would appear that there are no dedicated transports available to Inquisition, Assassinorum, Astra Telepathica or Mechanicum units.

Rhino, Rhino Primaris, Razorback, Land Raider variants are all restricted to <Chapter> Infantry.
Chimera, Taurox, Banehammer, Doomhammer, Stormlord, Valkyrie are Astra Militarum Infantry only.
Taurox Prime is Astra Militarum / Tempestus / Prefectus only.
Sororitas Rhino, Immolator are Ministorum Infantry only.
Null Maiden Rhino is Sisters of Silence Infantry only.
Venerable Land Raider is Custodes Infantry only.

It would seem that Agents will be Forge World transports only until (maybe) their Codexes drop. Am I correct?

The Inquistion units have the Authority of the Inquistion rule so they can use any Imperial transport. Assassins don't need transports. Sad for Telepathica and Mechanicum though.

Authority of the Inquistion

Quite right, Inquisitors and Acolytes do, thanks for picking that up. However, Jokaero and Daemonhosts don't.
