Would it be correct to say that Flyers' facing for shooting is only taken into consideration:

# With the DFtS ruleset and only in the Dogfight phase
# Not during the normal Shooting phase, even with the DFtS ruleset

As with other vehicles, it shouldn't matter unless dogfight is in progress.
