Death-Dealing Dark Angels Devastator

First, my list:

Battallion
183 Sammael
90 Vindicare
90 Sniper-Scouts (+ camogear)
65 Scouts (Boltguns + Heavy Bolter)
65 Scouts (Boltguns + Heavy Bolter)
117 Ravenwing Ancient
245 Deathwing Terminators (Powersword, 3x Fist, 1xChainfist, 4x Stormbolter, 1x Assaultcannon)

Outrider-Detachment
137 Librarian (Axe, Boltgun) <- can fire his boltgun and the bikes twin boltguns at the same time
250 5x Black Knights
250 5x Black Knights
149 Darkshroud
149 Darkshroud
105 Landspeeder (2x Heavy Bolter)
105 Landspeeder (2x Heavy Bolter)

38 Models +4 Command Points

Lots of synergies in the list.

My plan is to stick to a formation like this:

. KKKKK KKKKK
...... D S L A D
........ Ls ... Ls
K = BlackKnights, D = Darkshroud, S = Sammael, L = Libby, A = Ancient, Ls = Landspeeder

Sammael lets the whole "formation" reroll to hit, which is great considering 22 Plasmatalon shots and his Plasmacannon.
Ancient gives +1 A to the whole "formation".
Darkshrouds will give the whole "formation" their shroud buff. Nothing says that buff doesnt stack, so -2 to hit my guys.
Libby will be denying all the smites he can, as smite has 18" range but deny has 24".
Also in case of melee-combat, all those hammers and the 3 characters should be able to do a little bit of damage.

Terminators because they can be where I need em. Snipers + Vindicare because I want to try em. Regular Scouts because I need to field troops

Any thoughts?

Will I stand a chance against superheavies like knights with this list?

not sure if you have enough AT that does multiple wounds. LS or AB with MM, or small bike unit with 2 melta guns etc would be a nice addition. I'm not sure you need both DS, the buff is nice, but not enough to justify the cost of the model. I also plan to take the base version with HB as I will probably advance it most of the time for the jink.

Might want to consider the dark Talon too.

Options are

- cutting one of the darkshrouds in favour of 2 MM attack bikes
- cutting the terminator squad to upgrade my LS to double MM (and also add another for a total of 3 MM-LS)
- cutting the scouts and assassin for some of the above options (but i want to try those snipers/vindicare out first AND I would lose some command points that way)

I also own a nice collection of tanks. Maybe I should just take a LR or 1 - 2 predator annihalators for anti-tank duty. Predators seem to be much more point efficient than LS, but they just dont fit the theme

I think you should cut the Battalion in favor of some Multi Melta attack bikes, more Black Knights, or more Terminators. From all of the battle reports I've seen so far, Scout Snipers really don't pull their weight and I don't think the command points are worth having a sub-optimal detachment weighing you down.

I'm not sure about the second Dark Shroud. A Dark Talon would be much better. Although you don't get the extra -1 to hit, the rift cannon will pull its weight and then some. In the two games I've played, it has devastated all units. Even better when it converts the shot. Also think about a Ravenwing Champion as well. In my personal experience, he did well. In case the unit gets split, you might think of a interrogator chaplain. Something rerolling to hits in close combat is kind of awesome.
