I am wondering about the squad numbering for Primaris marines, as the squads are smaller than normal. Of course a standard company (in a Codex-compliant chapter) has:
1-6 Tactical
7-8 Assault
9-10 Devastator

With the new squad sizes of 3 and 5, I would assume that this changes to (if 6 Inceptor squads per company):
1-12 Intercessor
13-18 Inceptor (or other Primaris assault)
19-22 Hellblaster (or other Primaris heavy support)

However, the transfers included in the Dark Imperium box for the Ultramarines are numbered:
3, 6, 9, 11, 13
And for the Dark Angels:
1, 2, 8, 10, 16

I haven't yet figured out exactly how to reconcile these with the numbers I am expecting. Perhaps the answer is mixed companies of standard marines and Primaris (this is definitely the case with the Ultramarines), in which case perhaps it is something like:
1-2 Tactictal
3-6 Intercessor
7-8 Tactical
9-11 Inceptor
12 Assault
13-16 Hellblaster
(no devastators)

Any thoughts? Most likely perhaps it is different for each company, depending on which squads have been killed and are being replaced.

Curiously, the new miniatures in GW's photos (Ultramarines Second Company painted by Eavy Metal) appear to have been painted without the new transfer sheet - they are numbered 8 for Inceptor and 10 for Hellblaster.

it's also possiable Codex 2.0 (which we know is a thing) allowed for increased numbers of squads in a company.

as it is we know of 5 distinct Primaris troop types, instead of the 3 basic Marines.

these are the Intercessors, Hellblasts, Inceptors, and the so far unreleased Agressor squads (which sound like they wear Gravitis Armor, with flamers and shoulder mounted missiles) and Reiver Squads (they're a stealth based CQC unit from the sounds of it (I have a hunch they're gonna be a little like the Sicirian Infiltrators in that they can infiltrate, move fast and hit reasonably good in melee)

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Yes, that's possible, although I get the impression from the Dark Imperium novel that overall chapter strength is supposed to be similar. Having said that, temporary additions definitely happened because there is a temporary Ultramarines 11th company with at least 120 marines at one point.

I also found these photos of Ultramarines 3rd company Intercessor in display at Warhammer Fest, showing Intercessor squads numbered 11 and 12 in the Ultramarines 3rd company, which suggests to me that all 3rd company tactical squads must have been replaced with Primaris:
