Just Curious and want to get a feel for what poeple think.
Order of Armies:
Daemons
CSM
Eldar
Tyranids
Orks
Necrons
Imperium
AM
SM
I know there will be some exceptions to this like Gray Knights and things of that nature but I want to get a general idea of people think.

Because I looked at their spells and don't know much about their lore. Have you looked at their spells?

In game balance, yes. They might have individually weaker spells or casters, but their cost should be as competitive as other armies.

They don't have 'spells'. They lack psychic power of any description.

I do think you have to break some of the factions down more than others. For example, Thousand Sons and Tzeentch daemons should be very, very powerful in the psychic stage, but World Eaters and Khorne daemons should have almost nothing to do with the psychic stage (other than taking Deny the Witch tests). Necrons, Tau, and Dark Eldar should be down there with the Khorne stuff, since none of them are psychic.

I don't think you can list them that way. Necrons nor AdMech have any Psyker ability inherently. But AdMech can have any Imperium Psyker attached to them...
Also, the "flavour" of Psychic powers and the certain army/chapter/race they are associated with are weighed quite differently. Da Jump is great for an Ork army, but having a like power in a BA army would be practically worthless.
