I play Beastmen. My main force is a Brayherd wildstalker bn.

To flesh this army out to 2000pts I have added a 6 bullgor unit and a ghorgon.

Is this legal??

Looks perfectly legal to me. Note the allegiance would have to be CHAOS rather than BRAYHERDS, but there is currently no bonus to the BRAYHERDS allegiance that I'm aware of.

Does the BRAYHERDS allegiance allow a specific unit to be counted as battleline that he needs to fufill the requirements in matched play? I am unfamilar with beastmen so I am just asking to point out ANY thing that could cause a problem from using allegiance to CHAOS and not BRAYHERDS.

Yes, I believe Gors and Ungors/Ungor Raiders both count towards your battleline and they are in the Brayherds Ally. Not a huge matched play person, but I believe they make it legal.

As I recall Ungors are straight up Battleline, no other conditions.

Bullgors ROCK! At least with great axes, and make sure to take an instrument and banner/icon in the unit....and a Doombull for +1 to wound as the general (and take that Lord of War command trait for +1 to hit too, and Crown of Conquest on him). Ghorgon is super cool looking on the table, and a good target distraction for many, kinda meh in my battle experiences with it though. Souped up Bullgors are better for the points.
