I'm having a bit of difficulty in terms of adding Cyclone Missile Launchers to my Deathwing Terminators. Do they replace anything in particular or can they simply be added onto the model as the shoulder mount as had been done in the past?

As far as I can tell you basically just add them on for the appropriate points cost. Technically you replace the storm bolted with a "Cyclone Missile Launcher and Storm Bolter" so don't forget to pay the points for the SB as well as the Cyclone!
