At least that's what they should be since that is literally the only reason people played/allied them.

They actually gave us stats for the Laser Destroyer weapon in the Adeptus Astartes preview, over here.

Heavy 1 36" S12 AP-4 D 1D6, roll a die on 3-5 2D6 damage, on 6 3D6 damage.

So it's basically a more powerful lascannon with shorter range. Depending on the target, it's about as good as 2-2.5 Lascannons.
