I haven't played since 4th edition as necrons, so I'm totally out of the loop for army creation. The idea for this build is to have OOE charge up with the 5 melee fex's and have the dakkafex provide midrange support. The exocrines would be long range and the warriors would be for synapse control. The trygon prime would pop up with the ravengers and red terror to hit the back line hopefully and deathleaper is there to stand next to the enemy commander for moral support.

Any advice you guys and gals could give me would be very much appreciated!

You can put one unit of Infantry into the Trygon Tunnel, so that might be a good play. If you send Warriors you might save points, and use a regular Trygon. Maybe bolster a unit (like the one in the Tunnel ) I don't think taking double glands is a good idea, once you play a couple, you might want to remove some.

You got a bunch of units that are not bad individually but your list lacks synergy. Raveners + trygon + red terror deploy 9 inch from the closest enemy unit and warriors + carnifex move in 6 inch + advance d6. Your opponent will feel like he's at a shooting gallery. You don't get the best out of the trygon tunnel and in this armylist you are better off trading him for a flying hive tyrant with deathspitters. A lot of players take a trygon + 20 genestealers + hive tyrant with catalyst and for a good reason.

2 genestealers = 24 points
1 warrior + talons + rending = 22 points

2 genestealers = 6 attacks reroll 1's. + 5+ inv save and much much faster.
1 warrior got 1 more wound but only 3 attacks and no inv save.

Also multi damage weapons only put one 1 wound/kill on the genestealers compared to the 3 wound warrior model.

Best advice:

I would lose the death leaper (do you know what happens when you cannot place him within 6 inch of the character? Neither do I.. ) and trade old one eye in for a flying hive tyrant with deathspitters. Keep a cheap 3-warrior squad with venom-cannon in the backfield and combine the other warriors into one big unit and let them jump out of the trygon tunnel. This unit can shoot and assault and if it is possible deploy in cover and the rock a 3+ save. Hive tyrant can also give them catalyst and from that point on the enemy got to make a choice. Kill the warriors or kill the big beasties. Make sure you keep some warriors cheap so that the can be picked out first as casualties.

It's also good to have enough weapons to make sure that one enemy unit or big target goes down at the moment you drop in. There is always one enemy unit you really hate and need to bring down as fast as possible. So two exocrine (even when forced to move closer) in combination with more warrior venom-cannons and devourers or deathspitters and maybe even some carnifex shooting.

In a recent game I was facing 2 ven-dreadnoughts with double autocannons. Thats 8 shots each with bskill 2+ and strength 7 + -1 ap and 2 damage. ouch! I really needed some more shooting to handle these things.
