Rather than making a wishlist for how units might work better you should actually take a look at rules for those units. The indexes have been leaked for weeks now, no reason you couldn't have taken a look at them. And they release officially tomorrow. No reason you couldn't wait till tomorrow to read them officially if you didn't want to see leaks.
But positing proposed changes to units that have already changed, without seeing how they have changed is both pointless and frankly rather daft.
Now there are other ways in which you could wishlist DE, such as fixing the useless weapons in the army list (two of the three Wych weapons, as well as Haywire Blasters and to some degree Heat Lances) are mathematically useless on the table. As with 7th one of the Wych weapons does statistically more damage than the other two in all scenario's, Haywire Blasters are mathematically inferior to every other weapon (the chance of a couple mortal wounds does not compare to the Dark Lances straight ability to cut through armour) and Heat Lances are only useful against characters because again mathematically, even accounting for -1 to hits Dark Lances do more damage, and cost less. So first thing, is to fix those weapons. Also the Needle Pistol has the same stats as the Splinter Pistol but costs points, I think that's just a typo though.
As for positive wishlisting, it'd be nice to get a larger Coven model, some kind of behemoth pain engine, perhaps a siege beast or something that can take on the larger models in CC. And I'd like something like the 5th ed webway portals that we can drop down and have units come out of in subsequent turns.
