Am I the only one that really doesn't like the concept of Primaris Space Marines? I mean, Space Marines are already super genetically enhanced humans so logically, they go an make superer genetically enhanced humans. Can I really be the only one that's going to build them and sprinkle them into my SM army as just cooler looking Marines?

You're not alone. Most people don't like the Primaris Marines in concept, but the models are very well executed. However most people disconnect the physical models from the lore, and both from the rules. So far Primaris Marine rules and models are both decently good, hence why people are largely going to run them as Primaris Marines rather than Truescale Marines.

there is a lot of debate on the lore, some of course dismiss it was the most aweful gak since the last aweful gak, others think it's great. and then still a third group of people adapt a "wait andsee" additude.

Well in a few years they probably WILL be the regular marines.

Plus if you like regular marines, then you should like Primaris too. They can be recruited the same way, trained the same way, the only thing that is different is that they adopt are more legion style of unit organisation. With Guilliman having returned, it would make sense that he would organise troops in a way that he knows best.
