Actually it's alot simpler then that. Chaos undivided is a catch all term for all manner of worshipping. Things like worshipping lesser deamons/none god chaos enteties, going insane, giving into all your (Jung esc) dark urges, harnessing the power of the warp (without being a psyker) or pledging aliegance to chaos in general all functionally makes you a chaos undivided worshipper.

An example would be from the 1st ed DH trpg. The mission the rulebook comes with.
Spoiler:
the deamon "crow father" pays respect to none of the chaos gods in particular and uses crows as a symbol. His worshippers believes that they're worshipping an Imperial saint. Turns out the crow father decieved them to follow him unknowingly and they end up functionally being worshippers of chaos undivided.

Other stuff, as a undivided worshipper does in Ravenor (and does not really require a spoiler), is to murder someone with a weapon weighting 6.66kg with 444 stabs at 5:55 o'clock next to 777 saint street door. Classic undivided.

His pattern of returning alive after being declared dead occurred often enough during Cain's career that the Munitorum made a special ruling that Ciaphas Cain is to never be considered dead, despite evidence to the contrary.

Chaos Undivided is either the worship of all 4 gods (separately but) equally, but theres an older ideal that true Chaos itself was undivided, and that worship the Warp directly.

Or it can be a host of minor Chaos gods or daemon princes. The warp seethes with all sorts of entities beyond the 4 big Chaos gods. Getting worshippers willing to give up their souls allows such entities to gain power, and the worshippers' actions allow these entities to affect realspace.

Very, very carefully.

I think it ranges from the Word Bearer model, where you engage in devout pantheon worship (not unlike how the ancient Greeks would honor various deities), to the Night Lords model, where you may opportunistically fall on the powers of chaos for some kind of pleasure or gain but not really worship anything.
