Hope this is okay to put here, they aren't painted yet and I thought it might be helpful.

I picked up a couple of Cadian Armored Fist boxes before 8th was announced with the intention of building Chimeras.

My army composition has changed with 8th, so I decided to build the two Chimeras as Hellhounds with parts I had laying around instead.

They aren't the coolest conversions I've seen, but they are obviously Hellhounds.

You need:
1x Chimera kit
1x Baneblade Fuel Drums
1x LR Redeemer Flame Cannon

I installed the doors and lasguns upside down in their ports so from the outside they will appear to be cylinder caps. Going to paint them a hazard color like the fuel drums. The fuel cans from the Baneblade Sponson Kit fit the hole in the Chimera perfectly. The upside doen door gives them a little more purchase.





You have to trim the sides of the Redeemer Flame Cannon down until they are flat; cut off the mounts and raised areas of the portion that slides into the turret. Similarly, you have to trim the left side and mouth of the turret to accomodate the gun, it is too narrow of an opening if the rounded areas for the pivot are left in place. Looks good when installed, though.
