I have had a lookie in the new Battle Primer and all seems well, and I've had a flick through an Index book, and I'm left feeling that I've missed something.
I know that the BRB had more "advanced" rules, but what exactly are they?

I'm hoping it's not necessary for army construction, because I haven't been able to find the rules for that in the Primer or in my flick-through of Xenos 1.

Meesaa confused...

Lots of things, scenarios of all varieties, battle forged armies, campaigns, advanced options like death from the skies. For list building only the battleforged armies is really necessary, and you can find those FoCs on the interwebs.

Constantly being negative doesn't make you seem erudite, it just makes you look like a curmudgeon.

I do think that how to build armies should be in the foldout, but I think that's the ONLY major thing that's missing. Everything else is pretty minor.
