Does Tau drone controllers stack?
"Friendly <sept> drone units within 6" of a model equipped with a drone controller add one to any hit rolls"
So if I have a unit of three crisis suits with Drone controllers that'd stack? Or is it just the one time?

Same goes for the Ghostkeel and its stealth drones. I've no idea if they are intended to stack or not.

RAW I lean towards yes, they do stack, especially as when they don't want things to stack they write it like:

'Friendly <sept> drone units within 6" of one or more models equipped with a drone controller...'

However, with that said, given what Drone Controllers represent (the model assisting with the Drone's aim), it doesn't really make sense that having more people around would somehow help the Drone even more.

So just based on that, I'm guessing that if they did FAQ it, they'll say it does not stack (but RAW I believe it should).

It also doesn't make sense that Drones have moral and flee the battlefield in fear if the enemy shoots their drone buddies.
I'd say: RAW they stack. And yes, that doesn't make sense fluff wise, but there are so many cases of weird rules, that you can't make that argument anymore.
Also in the main rulebook it clearly states, that auras do stack unless specificly forbidden.

Pretty sure this would be FAQ'ed to not stack, since bs 2+ Drones are very very evil and clearly not intended.

(3 crisis + 3 dronecontrollers and 6 drones would become a super effective unit)

There's the argument Drone Controller has a boolean argument: 'is there a mode with a drone controller around?' - if yes, then get +1; if doesn't, no. This line of thinking is somewhat the most accepted one in the community.
I'd rather have it to stack, though ^^

Same goes for the Stealth Drone, although this is the first time I've seen people discussing it.

I also agree that RAW, drone controllers stack.

However, the stealth ones don't. It's worded exactly as yakface pointed out. The rule doesn't say that each drone provides a -1 to hit to units around it, it says that when you shoot at a unit you get -1 if there's a drone within 3" of the target.
