Now that we've had a few days to go over the 8e rules, and even play a few games, how do the various armies seem to have come out of this?

I don't have much to say yet, as I have only seen Xenos 1, and I've not yet played a game, but I am hearing a lot about 8e power levels being more muted than in 7e, and somewhat flipped.

Opinions? Army tiers?
