Do any of the Eldar units (Eldar, DE, Harlequins) have an equivalent to the healer units in other armies (IG Medics, SM Apothecaries, Ork Painboyz etc.)?

If not, are there any other characters in these armies that can heal or regenerate?

Yeah, when i read the small novel that is the Death Guard unit options and think about resolving the attacks from a melee-oriented min size death guard squad, the thing that springs to mind is "Accessible!"

We're less fragile than guardsmen and they get healers.

Besides, one of the main functions of Haemonculi is to regenerate or resurrect others.

Yes, wraith units.

You have to die first, but then your soul stone will power a construct

In game terms, onlh Yvraine and the Yncarne can regen themselves AFAIK, but cannot help other units.

Well that's really disappointing.

Thanks anyway.

The Haemonculus is about as close as you can get, since lore-wise they're responsible for regenerating the corpses of fallen dark eldar And are the closest things they have to a medic (granting FnP or something before due to Power from Pain).

Lore-wise though, most factions don't employ medics because the stuff they face generally will tear you into so many pieces that you need a full surgery ward to have any chance of saving you. While the IG Medic is an oddity (and have been comically useless for the past few editions, small wonder why), the other two races that employ field medics (Astartes and Orks) have the biology to withstand battlefield surgery, which to them is basically stapling the part that fell off back on (in the orks case, literally).

I just remembered the SoBs also have a medic, but when she was first introduced the Hospitaler didn't actually heal people, just gave you more victory points if you killed someone while within range of her (as she interrogates them or something).

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.
