I think you'll find stacking vehicles around a lot of units is going to have a real big downside. Vehicle explosions in this edition are the most power thing in the game. Something to consider about using Guilliman.

Also, just rely solely on the buff granted by Guiliuman means you are putting units clos together, which will give that Nids army a chance to, have 20 Genestealers charge one of that Razorback or Tac Squad, then pile in 3 inch to get within 1 inch of many other units, so silence your mutiple units fire power with just one success assault.

What purpose does Chief Librarian serve in this list, or the Librarian? Astartes powers are complete trash.
Seems like a Techmarine would be better.

I agree the Libbies don't have a real purpose - plus gulliman is already an excellent buffer. ID replace them with some hellblasters and an ancient.

XD You can already put a tech marine in. But mostly because every time I have played my librarians have done something useful. Smite is VERY strong, and might of heroes can go onto guilliman. Also null field helps against a lot of enemy armies. On the actual game table librarians are pulling their weight.
Also they deny the witch
On average you will have 1 vehicle explode if ALL the vehicles die. And you have 9 command points, so just reroll it.
Note that in most games you don't cluster everyone in one spot because there are still objectives.
