Has anyone personally stripped forge world resin with castrol super clean? Did it work? Any damage?

Thanks,

I use both Super Clean and Purple Power as my go to products for cleaning FW models before priming, they are also great at removing paint and primer from GW metal, plastic, finecast and FW resin. I have had models soak in Super Clean/Purple Power for months with no damage other than a softening of thin parts. These hardened back up once rinsed clean and dried.

I also use an ultrasonic cleaner to do my washing/stripping so it heats the fluid and model up more than the normal soak and rinse method but the speed and results are much improved.

Have you tried stripping primer from resin? Do they come off?

The primer I have is an enamel based primer and I was wondering if it'll come off...

I used all of the above degreasers on a really thick paint job on a Deredeo dreadnought. It didn't harm the model but man that paint was tough to get off!

I've used it on some FW stuff I got in a trade and it worked just fine, same as with plastics or metal.
