I am a home gamer, and with no local shop within driving distance in the US, I generally order for my friends and I directly to my house from online mail order suppliers.

I have had some problems before with a mail supplier, but after now having my fourth delivery issue with a particular mail order supplier of 40k products, as they only sent half my order out despite confirming they could fulfill the full order, I am fed up. They either were unaware or didn't inform me it was a partial order that just got delivered today, but the order that arrived was half fulfilled. The issue I face now from this mistake is that is our group now have to cancel or postpone our weekend tournament that was based on the order.

I am fairly livid, as it was a $500+ order. I am not interested in naming the supplier, as I don't want to deal with them further in any way, and instead want to do something positive and proactive, so I am looking to take my business to another seller/store.

So, good people: who are the best online stores/providers?

So far, I am looking at Miniature Market. Are they now the best alternative, with their 15% off, no sales tax added, free shipping for orders over $99, and point rewards, or are there better options out there? I would love some feedback as the other threads I looked up are a bit dated now.

Miniature market will be the lowest advertised price, because of contracts. I've bought lots of stuff from them and never had a problem. If I weren't supporting my FLGS I would be buying from them most often.

Constantly being negative doesn't make you seem erudite, it just makes you look like a curmudgeon.

The go-tos in the United States are predominantly The Warstore and Miniature Market.

I buy 95% of my stuff via eBay though where prices/shipping are often better than the standardized 15% discount.

Thank you for taking the time to help.

Also, kudos to your 30k army choice. Hydra Dominatus.

I'd like to point out Gamenerdz also. They are still limited to the max 15% discount that GW allows, but typically have free shipping on any size order. Their Website says $75, but I've ordered single $16 miniatures and had them shipped free. Fast service too. Basically I've used all three at different times for different things and had no problems from any of them. If its not a GW product I'll check them and Wayland games to see which can get it to me for the least expense.

Thewarstore has been providing top notch customer service for many years now. They're my online goto.

I generally use eBay. A lot of business sell on there (so you get the "standard" discount), a great many sellers offer free shipping, and you can sometimes find deals from other non-commercial sellers/ebay coupons/etc. I'm talking brand new in box products, as well, not just 2nd hand poorly painted junk. The prices I find on there generally beat out any of the "big name" stores (MiniatureMarket/Warstore/Frontline)

I buy from the war store, partly for cheap shipping and partly because not a lot of stores will ship to military post office boxes.
