I looked a round a bit but haven't seen anything concrete.

Does anyone know how these guys are organized into already existing chapters.

Does a single Intercessor squad of 5 guys take up a Tactical Squad spot in a company so that instead of say 6 tactical squads in the 3rd company there would be 12 5 man intercessor squads?

Stuff like that.

Or is this another wait for the Codex kinda things?

Me too, I'm unfortunately a stickler for symbols on my marines so the lack of detail irks me right now.

I wonder if the novel says anything?

Squads go over ten, and in Dark Imperium Guilliman made an eleventh company. but overall info is pretty scanty at this point.

Wasn't the eleventh company a temporary formation made up of the Ultramarine grey shields?

made up of greyshields yes, temporary? doesn't sound like it, those guys are perminant ultramarines. Gulliman DID revise the codex. so I could see him adding another company. a "Primaris Battle company" or something

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Guess I'll just paint everything but where the organization symbols will go.

Hope we get that new codex next month.

According to this Primaris squads can occupy additional squad numbers above those of a standard Company.

June 2017's White Dwarf (pg.49) implies that Primaris squads can form direct replacements for Company losses. Given the squad type markings on the Primaris transfer sheet, it would appear that Intercessors replace Tacticals, Hellblasters replace Devastators, and Inceptors replace Assaults.

most likely the Primaris Marines use more numbers of smaller squiads. so a battle company of primaris marines would have 12 5 man squads of Intercessors

Depends on the Chapter.
The chapters are getting 2000 Primaris Marines so if they're codex compliant they'll be bolstering their numbers back to full strength and filtering the rest out into successor chapters.

In getting Primaris Marines the Space Wolves got their first "Stable (Actual results may vary) geneseeds" in years and immediately attempted their first successor chapter in centuries.
The horribly named "Wolf Spear".
Personally I'm calling mine the Jotunn (Frost Giants) made sense at the time, the Frost Giants were bigger than Midgardians and Asgardians, usually lived seperately but were actually often closely related - just like the Primaris Marines - makes even more sense if the Primaris Marines happen to go Chaos.

I don't break the rules but I'll bend them as far as they'll go.

The example given is a Salamanders Intercessor from the 13th squad, so unlikely just doubling the standard numbers.

From the WH community preview picture the Reivers look to have the close support diagonal arrows. Assuming the Agressors will be classed as fire support, I wonder if there will be any other battleline types to go alongside the Intercessor squads?

I'm pretty sure the Primaris marines were their own company. So each chapter getting them had a Primaris company.
