G.Pylon - 475
= 1999 w/ 7 Command Points

Pylon deploys "in orbit", to teleport in turn one (preferably near Spyders and Scarabs) to get a better line of sight on important enemy units.
Before turn one (if you haven't been seized on), Deceiver uses Grand Illusion to move him and the two Vaults right within 12-24" of enemy forces (using C.P to reroll if d3 comes up a 1).
Turn one starts and you unleash a ridiculous amount of fire.
Scarabs screen and/or go off to grab objectives.
Lord is literally just a tax. Keep him near Spyders to protect.

Two vault arent "ridiculous amount of fire"... Find some mathammer. For 938 pts you can get much more power.
Its fine becouse you can transport all your power to shoot in first turn.

If it was just two Vaults, maybe.
But it's two Vaults (40 S7 tesla shots + 6 C'tan powers), a C'tan (+1 C'tan power), and a Gauss Pylon (Macro d6), all hitting their army at once. That should be enough to seriously damage most armies to a degree that they shouldn't be able to retaliate enough to hurt any of my units enough to cause them to lose effectiveness.
Then next turn you do it again.
If they manage to blow up a Vault or the C'tan later in the game, that's a bunch of mortal wounds going off in their face, too.

This list just honestly seems mean but if your going up against a hate list, go for it.
