Quick question and I am reasonably sure of the answer but here it is.

Mad Doc Grotsnik costs 74pts (I believe) in the Xenos 2 rulebook, it has a note that says "INCLUDES WEAPONS/GEAR" But if you use Battlescribe they tack on another 25pts for his Powerklaw. Which is correct?

I am leaning towards rulebook for the obvious reason that its the rule book. Added to that, Mad Doc is kinda crap these days so it wouldn't make sense to have him be that much more expensive then a regular Painboy.

Most (if not all) named Characters are a set points cost. I would think this is no different.
