What are some units to help chaos spawns. Last edition i heavily invested in 36 Spawns.
After finding out they only move 7" they lost so much mobility from the 12" they used to have and they lost the ability to have T6 from mark of nurgle.
How can I build an army around them?
I have 12 autocannon havocs but autocannons are over priced and not good anymore.
I have many cultists over 80. However cultist are over priced and suck compared to Imperial Guard.
I have a Renegade Knight titan, but they suck because anything can kill them.

Simple. Use a Sorceror to cast Warptime on the Spawn after declaring an advance. That's 14+2D6 inches of movement in a single turn. You won't be able to charge that turn, mind you, but with that much movement you will most likely be in a good position to charge next turn. You can also take them in units of 3 or less and be immune to Morale!
Autocannons are expensive because they are perhaps the most versatile weapon available to any MEQ army. Except for the Missile Launcher, but that's even pricier and worse when firing on the move.
Cultists cost as much as Conscripts, but can have 2 attacks in CC and have +1 WS and BS vs Conscripts. You just need a Dark Apostle or something else that improves morale to make them stick around. As cheap screening units, you can do worse.
Anything can hurt a Knight, but that doesn't make it likely to do much against a Knight. Given perfectly average rolls it will take 27 BS3+ Lascannon shots to kill a single Knight. Knights are some of the toughest models in the game that you will regularly see in armies.

IIRC, warp time can only be cast once per turn even if i have multiple psykers. So only 1 squad of spawns can move fast.

If you mix heretic astartes and renegade spawn there is a R&H power that boosts speed. But it is hard to cast without investing in the silly points player unit.
I'm not really feeling spawn this edition. At best they are a screen for daemon princes.
As it stands R&H spawn can ride in transports, as they are infantry not beasts. Of course as it stands there are no rules correct R&H transports..would expect both to be fixed.
