Now that 8th Edition is gaining momentum and most people seem to be moving onto it, I thought it'd be cool to revisit my ideas for 7th Edition Space Marine Chapter Supplements, especially since there will be no further changes to 7th Edition and at least a few of my mates are keen to keep the flame of 7th going for a while. So I already had the idea for my 'Knights of the Hawk' Chapter which I've revisited real quick this afternoon. So far I've only tweaked the LoW Choice (since that's one of the few real things I've added). What I want to know is this:

-- Is Iacton Servantus too powerful?
-- What would you change?
-- What is an appropriate points cost?
-- What are any of your other thoughts?

I know he's probably very snowflakey since I haven't had any outside opinion of this new version, but I want to get it right.
