The idea of this list is to rush the enemy with fast tanks that get harder to hit with advancing and have the chance to shrug some wounds with spirit stones. Guardians are now in my opinion the best troop choice for eldar with being able to get out move, advance and shoot makes up for their shorter range, and they are a lot cheaper than Dire Avengers. Once you get your tanks in a comfortable position, unload and mass fire at the enemy. The Warlock will be with the squads (hopefully within 3 inches of all of them with conceal) and the avatar will be within 12 inches of each to negate moral tests. The avatar also packs a huge punch against large creatures and super heavies, while being fairly durable with a 3+/5++ and a 5+ "feel no pain." As for the flyer, I have heard people bash on eldar flyers now saying that they are too easy to kill. But I have had great success with the Hemlock, smiting people and having a strength 10 -4 ap gun that auto hits for 2 damage each hit just feels good, and I found if you position well/ target correctly it can live a few turns. You also can get lucky with those spirit stone rolls

I'd love to get some feed back, I have had success with this list in friendly games but the first tournament is in a week and I'm still fine tuning.

For competitive I would find something else to give 16 points too instead of the extra two guardians. My understanding is that 1-10 guardians is power 4 and 11-20 are power 8. And your eldar list could potentially always underdog your opponent and get first turn.

honestly, he doesn't really have enough points for much of anything with dropping those. Not enough to promote warlock to farseer. It's probably why he added the 2 extra guardians in the first place.

I could replace a twin SC with a twin brightlance instead, but then I wouldnt be able to advance and shoot it, but it could be worth it for some situations that may come up in games.
even if these cant fire for a turn, they still pack more of a punch than the 2 guardians and the twin SC.

Platforms with brightlances are hit or miss. I'd consider a multi-shoot weapon.
Spirit stones are too unlikely to work.

I've tested this list almost 10 times now. the spirit stones and the serpent shield work very well together, even with the odds of a 6.
As with the bright lance platforms, yes they often have to hit on 4's, but other options dont seem worth it, D6 wounds can make a game. SC/SL wouldnt be good enough IMO and then the other options are more expensive.

How does the wave serpent compare to the damage output of wraithlords. My lords really sucked in 6-7th but now I'm getting them up the feild and wreaking havoc two took down a land raider and terminators that were being buffed by tigger, with some added muscle from the blades against terminators.

Can I expect the wave serpents to kill things well or just transport with geq and meq cover.

Wave Serpents - add the Crystal Targeting Matrix. For a handful of points, it is worth having it to make Bright Lances efficient.

I dig the Blood Avatar like 100% but for your list I would suggest dropping him. I only say this because 90% of your army is focused around fast skimmers except for him...

I would think that a good opponent would outflank your tanks after they have out paced the Blood Avatar and then shoot him to death (that's what I would do).

Conversely if you decide to hold troops back to support you avatar then it would detract from your overall speed focus.

So my resolution would be to scrap the avatar (at least in this list) and pick up Prince Yriel (Hits and Wounds on 2+ with a -2ap d3 damage weapon) and farseer. Throw them in your vehicles with your guardians, this will allow for immediate support when you hop out of the wave serpents to unleash the dakka!
