Hey guys,
Looking to use a Forge World Sabre Defense Platform with a Searchlight, but no one seems to make these any more. Any ideas on a good counts as? I saw that Kromlech does a similar one but I'd like to find one that has a bit of a larger light, you know? Maybe there's a bat signal out there somewhere.....

I think the platform wouldn't be that hard to fabricate out of some balsa, card, and perhaps the Valkyrie Door Gunner part.
The light part could be produced from a piece of pipe or the metal bit from a small candle.

The searchlight part should be easy to acquire from any historical line that covers WWI-Vietnam. The legs are pretty similar to a Tarantula Turret's, so unless they stopped making those too you should be able to source those there (or just use whatever the searchlight came with).
You could also use a model from a O gauge railroad set, and just say that it's a particularly large searchlight.

The Fortress of Redemption has some pretty huge search lights... not sure if they're the same size or a tad smaller though. I see them on Ebay from time to time.
