I'm thinking this list must be terrible since I didn't get a single comment in a week.
So some alternatives would be to switch out the Raptors for Plague Marines
Berzerkers, Chosen or Havocs with Rhinos or a mixture.
I could also drop a Heldrake, but I tend to follow the rule that if 1 is good 2 is better.
Side Note at this point I am still theory crafting to return to 40K after a 2 year break and an army change.
I own 3 Knights, 2 Heldrakes, 2 Rhinos, 5 Raptors, Belakor and a Great Unlcean One.

Well, you won't win any objective games with such a low model count. Twin avengers on the knights are always a great pick. Their feet give them decent melee, and spitting out 24 s6 shots is much better than a random 2d6 (and s8 v s6 means far less in this edition with lack of instant death and 2's to wound from two separation).
I love plasma raptors, given chaos lack the loyalist elysians it's our best way of dropping some plasma in. make sure the prince is near them for safer overcharges. Additionally, if you were willing to drop the power axe (these guys should be shooting, not charging) you could equip the champion with dual plasma pistols (which is a bit cheaper than the combi). Don't forget to throw grenades too.
Heldrakes are a no. Too expensive and too little damage. The best flyers for chaos are fire raptors (TAC firebase) and xiphons (anti vehicle/mc).
Overall, with some weapon changes for the knights and the addition of some cheap obj holding units (poxwalkers/brimstones (brimstones are god-tier - 2pts for 4++)) and changes to the flyers, this list will be pretty solid. Two knights will be great if you can castrate your opponents anti-tank early enough (shouldn't be too hard with the raptors and prince etc).

I am really saddened to hear that the Heldrakes are lacking.
I literally just bought them 2 weeks ago.
2 of my knights aren't assembled so weapons are very open.
I was thinking of rolling the Raptors with the Prince for the overcharge option.

Well, there's absolutely no reason not to bring them for fun games with friends (aka most games). I'm purely speaking from a more competitive standpoint, so, do bear that in mind.

Helldrakes aren't very good this edition. If you really want to bring them, maybe just bring one will do. You can then use the points saved to bring in something else.

Lol. Heldrakes are fine. 30 inch move, can take out most things in combat.
People are just whinging cos the heldrakes role has changed. Its still a good unit. It just has a new battlefield role that folks cant handle. Its the same with oblits.
Classic chaos players whining as its all some of them can do

@Motograter
What is there new role?
I have read that they are good for jumping the line and eating Characters. 4 attacks isn't a lot, but -2 will bump the save to the Invulnerable and d3 wounds should kill most characters.
What about vs flyers.
Shift:
I am also looking at delivering Plague Marines to the objectives and digging in. They seem tuff and able to sling some decent shots. Also they are flooding the market so I suspect I will be able to get them on the cheap. Automatically Appended Next Post: Also I might go to maybe 1 or 2 GTs each year.
ATC and Red Stone Rumble and I am very happy being in the middle groups like 3-2 or something along those lines.

I've very rarely run heldrakes and oblits in prior editions, and I have no nostalgic feelings that are compelling me to dislike them in this edition with their new rules and uses (to me, it's simply numbers and rules on paper, and I figure out which is objectively better). They simply aren't good (competitive) units. That's all there is to it.

A competent opponent isn't going to leave their characters exposed in a way that would allow you to charge them when they see you bringing the drake.
What about vs flyers.
They are effective at locking down flyers on turn one. Particularly ones that can't hover to get a bubble wrap.
I am also looking at delivering Plague Marines to the objectives and digging in.
Take a look at poxwalkers if you want nurgle objective holders. No morale, and has fnp, and cheaper than plague marines.
