If I'm reading this right, only 1 of each power can be used per turn. Doesn't this cripple armies like Thousand Sons and Eldar who have tons of psykers? Does anyone use this rule?

Orkz is never beaten in battle. If we win, we win. If we did, we did fighting so it don't count. If we legz it, we just come back for annuver go, see?

You are correct. Each psychic power (except Smite) can be attempted once per turn instead of once per psyker. This means your army will be casting lots of Smite.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

Correct. So what? Anyone who plays matched play rules.

If you don't like it, don't play matched play rules. Good luck ever finding a game however since it means I can take 6 Weirdboyz and Da Jump my whole army into CC on turn one.
