Hello everyone,

My question is: when i build a list, do i have to add the basic equipment (weapons, grenades) to the point costs of the model?

For e.g.:
DreadnoughtIch 70p
+assault cannon,
+combat weapon,

Or do i only have to add point costs for weapons when i use the weapons listed in wargear options?

At the back of the index, where it lists point costs it will have two lists.
List 1
Unit
Models per Unit
Points per Unit (Does not include wargear)

List 2
Unit
Models per Unit
Points per Unit (Including wargear)

If the model in question is from the first list you pay the point cost for whatever wargear you give the model, so if it comes with an assault cannon and combat weapon you pay for those. If you take a missile launcher instead of an assault cannon, you pay the price of the missile launcher (as you don't have an assault cannon).

If the model is from the second list, you do not pay any extra points for wargear.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
