Made a fun list entirely focused on necron CC.

Outrider:

1x CCB w/ scythe & tesla
1x D/lord w/ scythe & phylactery
3x scarabs
3x scarabs
6x Wraiths w/ casters

Vanguard:

Kutlakh
Anrakyr
Deceiver
14x Flayed ones
10x scytheguard
1x GA

Start kutlakh and Anrakyr in GA, illusion the lychguard and GA into backlines/aggressively foward pregame. Screen CCB w/ wraiths and D/lord with scarabs. DS Flayed ones near lychguard, try for t1 charge, if not t2 give anrakyr and kutlakhs buffs to lych and FO, MWBD both, charge in and watch stuff melt. Meanwhile the D/lord and scarabs, and CCB and wraiths scream about the flanks chopping whatever comes near them.

Not optimised or efficient by any means, but fun as hell.
