I ran into these images.

1) does anyone recognize the cloth cloak that has been added to the back of this overlord from the ccb torso?

On this page, if you scroll down, there are 2 different left arms holding a staff.

2) does anyone know which kits these arms come from? One looks like the destroyer lord. But I cannot identify the other.

The staff arms are tricky. They could come from any set with left handed staffs. Examples I have found are: Illuminor Szeras, Trazyn the Infinite, Cryptek, and the Necron Destroyer Lord Upgrade Pack.

~~I can't recall where I saw that cape but it looks familiar. Reminds me of something from the Fantasy line. I'll keep looking. Hope this has helped.~~
