Lord sits with the batteries to give re-rolls, changeling marches with the bubble wrap brimstones to make them -1 to hit. Marauders and spawn march forward. The Spawn and the renegade commander are to fill the requirements for the Brigade.
Any ideas for better cheese??

Magnus is an auto-include for me when I'm playing a hyper-aggressive list (giant spawn, deep striking plasma, knights), but this list is a little more gunline with massive screen, and you'd probably get more out of a cerastus knight. The Atropos does Magnus' heavy hitting job, but better, and will take a lot more firepower to put down. Something to note is that quad rapiers are massive glass cannons (which, given how few distractions you have (Magnus and the raptor), you'll find that your opponent will kill them very easily)). The crew and the rapiers are separate units, so, your opponent can kill the rapiers easily and leave your crew effectively useless.
The great units in this list are: the raptor, Magnus, the marauders, brimstones and changeling.
The okay units are: Rapiers, chaos lord.
The rest are poor choices. The renegade commander is inferior to the malefic lord (no smite, isn't a character, and no reason to take him if he's not your warlord (Magnus should be your warlord, with the +1 attack trait)). The chaos spawn are, obviously, there for the fast attack tax. Therein lies the problem with brigades for chaos - you can stretch yourself too thin and have redundant units. You'll often be better off with a battalion and one of the smaller detachments. This allows you to minimise your unit count to try and get first turn (going second with this list could,very well, leave you without your raptor and rapiers).

Hmm I do see your point on those units, changing to a Malefic Lord is no issue and dropping to a Battalion is easy enough, just what to do with with everything as a whole.
I'm def aware how much of a glass cannon the rapiers are but I'm not sure there is anything quite as effective at clearing out hordes as much as they can. I was thinking maybe replace a few of them for Giant spawn then fill the points with plasma raptors or more Enforcers?
Also with the changes, is the knight better than Magnus? I'm veering more towards him because of the psychic in combination with the Raptor and the ability to charge flyers. Also the point difference is pretty significant 415 vs 555 for the Atropos.

Magnus with the raptor is a very effective TAC combo, and you'll struggle to go wrong with it. Your opponent can either try to put down Magnus before he steamrolls in combat, or try and take out the raptor before it tears his stuff to pieces with 2+ rerolling ones. So, a knight is far more situational.
Giant spawn are fantastic - one of the best FW units for sheer durability at such a cheap price. Rapiers are certainly very effective for anti-horde (although, given that a vulture with twin punishers exists, I always feel like they're a bad choice because they're so inferior to it - if only RH had access to it!).
