Hi all. I'm very new to this site (first post, actually) so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes.

I recently got back into 40k after about an 8 year hiatus. My friend said he'd give me his old sets. Most were broken orks, however I found two unopened boxes of Chaos Space Marines. The plastic wrapping is removed but all the pieces are inside and still attached to the tray/frame. I don't play chaos, so I want to sell them. How much should I sell them for? Thanks a ton.

Well the first is $10USD while the second is $35USD brand new. Honestly you'll likely be looking at selling them around the 55-65% value mark.

Doubtful for the 3 chaos marines. Someone might buy them if they're cheap enough, but there just isn't any real demand for a trio of snap-fit generic chaos marines.

Whereas people might actually want to try out raptors/warp talons.

For what you've got there, probably try starting price around $25-27 for both kits (together). No one's going to bother buying that little three-man kit separately. But for "cheapish" models to fluff out an existing Chaos army the two boxes combined might get you something.
