Does this rule allow ANY unit from the Dark Angels Keyword to re-roll to hits? or ONLY infantry?

a friend says only infantry, but i believe vehicles still had the keyword xD

There is nothing in the rule that specificies infantry only, so it works on every friendly unit with the DARK ANGELS keyword.
