So with those sketches of the aggressors leaves me with several questions:

1. When are they going to be released
2. What will their weapon options be?
3. How much will they cost?
4. What is that shoulder mounted cannon? I want it so bad it looks like a guncannon

Thought: Worst thing on these forums is when a thread starter references something that is unlikely that everyone knows about, yet does not provide any links/images.

So they're basically Primaris Centurions? Seems like a logical next release choice.

Aggressors are described in the Dark Imperium novel by Guy Haley.

They are Gravis Armoured Primaris Marines. They appear to be, so far, the Primaris TEQ.

In the book they're described as having "Flame Gauntlets." Which were wrist-mounted flame throwers. I didn't see if they punched things in the book, so I can't say if they're Power Fists, with Flamethrowers on them. And, they are described as having shoulder-mounted Missile Launchers.

I hope that the Aggressors are multi-part kits with different weapon options.

There was a third scketch with the missiles..was only mediocrely impressed don't have that one though you will need Google fu to find it

Those sketches are at least 15 years old and are just SM Devastator concepts from Jes Goodwin's sketchbook (and reprinted in The Gothic and the Eldritch IIRC) nothing to see here, move along.

How recent or not the sketches are, there is still solid, in-fluffy proof of Aggressors existence from the Dark Imperium Novel, the books issues not withstanding.

I have "proof" because I've been around a long time and these are clearly taken from Jes' sketchbook at a Games Day years ago by some rando. I remember seeing these images in question at least a decade ago on Portent, maybe longer.

A lot of Jes' sketches from decades ago are finally being made into minis, just search "gothic and the eldritch" on google.

This one is my favourite


I don't know how old they said it was, but it was many years old by the time it was used for Ad Mech units.

Yeah, those sketches are from Jes Goodwin and if I remember correctly were alongside his Mk VIII sketch.
Not doubing that Aggressors are coming and taking inspiration from Jes, but this is not Gravis armour, nor is it Mk X.

There is a photoshop mockup in the Primaris thread of how they may look.

I've acknowledged in this very thread that Jes' sketches from years ago finally get made into minis. just Google Gothic and the Eldritch. It's a BL book from about 15 years ago with some very familiar images in it. Some are even in this thread.

Because we know they match one of them it's reasonable to assume the rest are also coming
