The color seems too light. Anybody feel the same?

Is The Army Painter color any diffferent from the Macragge Blue spray GW sells?

If the color seems light, give the whole model a wash of soft body black. Shading and darkening of the base color. Then, go back and highlight with your base macragge blue again, then a 2nd highlight with caldor/teclis blue.
