Pg. 34 chaos index.

"A Chaos Rhino is a single model equipped with a combi-bolter."

War gear options then read:

"This model may take a havoc launcher and/or one item from the combi weapons list."

Does that mean I can take the combi bolter, a second combi weapon, and a havoc launcher? When making army list I was notified taking 3 weapons on Rhino was illegal on battlescribe for this edition so looking for answer.

Does the combi-weapon list replace a weapon?

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Sounds legal to me. Looks like you can't just have a Combiweapon, like before, though.

Either way before permanently modelling it I'd wait for the Codex, as it shouldn't be too long.

I just checked the Chaos Space Marines in Battlescribe, I did not get an error for having combi-bolter/havoc launcher/combi-X.

It's not like this is unusual. Chaos Rhinos have had this ability for some time now. I remember the 2 Combi-Bolters and Havok Launcher in 4th, and I don't remember it changing in 6th.

This was 7th edition legal as well.

"'players must agree how they are going to select their armies, and if any restrictions apply to the number and type of models they can use."

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

When people ask, "What's the point in understanding everything?" they've just disqualified themselves from using questions and should disappear in a puff of paradox. But they don't understand and just continue existing, which are also their only two strategies for life.

In fact, you probably should take all the 3 weapons most. Transports without damage ability are usually pretty bad, but with two combibolters (or even a combiflamer) and a havoc launcher, you have pretty much a razorback with a transport capacity of 10 and self repair.
