So a while back i managed to pick up the Skaven half of Island of Blood for an absolute steal of a deal, and then i realized i have no intention of playing Sigmar.

It then occurred to me, after seeing a community article that showcased a Plaguelord converted into a demon prince, i could convert the whole army to be nurgle-esque thanks to some demon bits i have just laying around, but I'm not sure how well they would turn out.

Specifically i was thinking of turning the Clan Rats into Plaguebearers/Poxwalkers, The ogres into demon princes and find a way to make a little scenic base to turn the Warlock into a Great Unclean One.

Any Opinions and recommendations for bits/kits to use?
