Having a str Double or more than your oppents toughness means you need 2+ to wound. nothing more.

Having a toughness double or more than your oppents Str means you need 6+ to wound.

Nothing sofar Negates FNP (disgusingly resilient) FNP works on wounds, Mortal wounds and multiple Damage weapons after armour/inv saves.

if you Failed your armour/inv save on a damage 6 weapon = 6 Disgustingly resilient rolls.

It's Double (or more), 2+ to wound.

No worries, others have answered but an extreme example would be

Str 99 vs T 1 = 2+ to wound

Str 1 vs T 84 = 6+ to wound
