I'm not sure if discussing power level is alright, I don't see any lists here with them, but I'd like some feedback anyway for the army I'm going to use in the upcoming GW campaign.
Patrol detachment
HQ
Ethereal
Cadre fireblade
Troops
3 x 12 man strike teams with shas'ui
Elites
6 crisis suits, 1 unit, 3 with 2 fusion blasters and multi tracker
3 with 2 plasma and drone controller
12 gun drones as add-ons to the suits

The idea is to have the swarm of fire warriors move around as a group with buffs to shooting from the HQs, while the crisis suits eliminate, hopefully, the most dangerous threats. I found in a few test games with a different list that the crisis suits were vulnerable once they had dropped down and rolled poorly on their shooting, and got slaughtered by the very dangerous units they had been sent to kill. The drones should provide plenty of ablative wounds as well as being fairly dangerous in their own right as they give 48 bs 2+ s5 shots. Given my local GW's love of 4x4 tables with lots of terrain, I rarely engaged more than 20" away so the volley fire should be very useful, and only having 18" range on the fusion blasters and pulse carbines isn't really a problem.
Any and all help would be appreciated, bearing in mind that I do not own ghostkeels, riptides, kroot, vespid, or any named HQ. This list is also assuming I pick up a start collecting box, so I may have to ditch the ethereal.

You love the T-Rex. Its both a hero and a Villain in the first two movies. It is the "king" of dinosaurs. Its the best. You love your T-rex.
Then comes along the frakking Spinosaurus who kills the T-rex, and the movie says "LOVE THIS NOW! HE IS BETTER" But...in your heart, you love the T-rex, who shouldn't have lost to no stupid Spinosaurus. So you hate the movie. And refuse to love the Spinosaurus because it is a hamfisted attempt at taking what you loved, making it TREX +++ and trying to sell you it.

I don't see a problem with it, perhaps one less drone controller? I'd personally rather take a 3rd weapon instead of multi-tracker, trade a gun drone for markerlight if you want to reroll 1s or have the shas'ui use his on the crisis targets if available. Maybe use velocity tracker instead of DC on one since it gives the whole unit a buff (if your locale likes fliers)

Since it's power level there isn't much reason not to deck out in their finest so I suspect that CIB would be better as an all purpose weapon than plasma if range isn't too likely to matter.
