Regarding the Fatesworn Warband, it says if the number of models in a unit when being set up is a multiple of 9 they get a 6+ roll whenever they suffer a wound/mortal wound to ignore the wound. If I pay the points for 30 Marauders (for example) and just put out 27, is that rules legal? I don't see many whole-count options for multiples of 9 in mortal Tzeentch units besides Spawn.

Has anyone used any of the other Everchosen Warbands? I've seen the Fatesworn in action and that's definitely a pretty good one if one has the models; trying to fit in big Archaon into something new. I'm wondering what the PleasureBound version does, as Archaon with Slaanesh Lord on mount is a good combo, and so pretty to see on the table I guess if it only requires 6 units rather than 9 it might be easier to pull off, if perhaps not as powerful as the Tzeentch.
