Screaming Shining Spear

This list looks to combine extreme mobility, durability, and offensive potency. The whole list moves 10+ inches a turn, has pretty much toughness 5+ across the board, as well as 3++ from almost army wide storm shields, and tries to max out on the wolf guard keyword to combine with arjac's +1 attack for them. The Wulfen will be in the stormfang ready to drop out and give there +1 attack bubble to the thunderwolves and any biker units looking to charge. The bikes put of 40 shots per unit, but with the possibility for +3 attacks between wulfen, arjac, and chainsword bonus, as well as a thunder hammer tucked into each unit, they have some very killy melee potential. The Stormfang, like everything else in the list is kitted to the teeth for maximum damage potential. It's a small but very elite force, with great mobility and durability, and a staggering amount of damage potential. P.S. Arjac will be teleporting down.

Basically everything lonewolf81 said is accurate.
Wulfen count as 2 models for transporting, so they can't fit in the Stormfang, it can only has a transport capacity of 6. Gotta have the Stormwolf to do it.
Also correct, WG bikers are under elites, so you've gotta go with a vanguard detachment.
Arjac, while having amazing synergy, is going to struggle to keep up with the rest of this list considering your mobility.
I'd really love to see one of those WG biker units carrying combi-plasmas or combi-meltas instead of storm bolters. You've got enough volume fire from two units, you could use another hard hitting unit that can take down big game.
I like the concept of the list, I run a pretty elite, small model count variation myself. Just could use some tweaks.

Thanks for pointing that out, luckily those are points neutral swaps, stormwolf for stormfang, outrider to vanguard etc. I could see going with combi for one of the units. I'm not too worried about arjac, he's meant to drop down and provide buffs for a devastating turn of attacks, at that point the opponent should be pretty crippled, if the other units need to go off without him at that point so be it. There's also the possibility of putting him in the stormwolf with the wulfen.

Check the FAQ on WG bikers, you cannot take all those options anymore. :(

Yeah, read through it this morning. The wolf guard bikers were the only units affected, I converted them into basic wolf guard units in razorbacks, was able to almost keep the total damage output as before, only lost a little, but actually gain a decent amount of total durability. Also Arjac got even better via the FAQ, before he was only giving wolf guard models withing 6" +1 attacks, now he's giving wolf guard units within 6" +1 attacks, a pretty huge distinction.
