Ok people keep claiming this. I'm wondering if anyone knows as I've seen so many "not" answers.
A. Laptop charger plugged in but not on at switch. Power draw likely tiny.
B. Laptop is not plugged in or charging. Device is on at switch. Is it drawing much as cold, and no laptop connected to complete the circuit. Only led powered so it cannot fully activate the circuit surely.
Same like a phone charger, the circuits not complete until a device is drawing the main power?
Its just a tiny bit larger.

Maaybe the wise minds of dakka know a answer as trying to find one one way or other.
