Are there any good pre-painted bases out there?

I'm starting a new Death Guard army, so I need quite a few in lots of different sizes. Preferably something that will go with the army.

Has anyone come across anything that would work?

Nope, and honestly bases are comically easy to do well and quickly. Is your entire army already painted and needs to be transplanted?

Never heard of them - unless you count "sand" (put glue on base, add sand).
